Security cut labels include deliberate cuts that encourage the label to split when lifted. They help make removal and reapplication more difficult on suitable surfaces.

  • Applications: Retail price labels, product seals, packaging closures and selected asset labels.

  • Benefits: Visible removal damage and reduced opportunity to transfer a label intact.

  • Shelf life & service life: Storage life follows the material specification. Security performance depends on cut design, surface adhesion and bonding time.

  • Recommended printer: Direct thermal or thermal transfer according to the face material. Cut patterns must suit the printer feed path and application method.
